At Highwood, we want you to love your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original packaging and unassembled condition to qualify for a processing credit.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your Highwood account or use our guest portal to enter your order number and zip code to start the return process.

Print Return Label

Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include inside the box.

Pack and Ship

Carefully repackage the items in their original boxes and drop them off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days.

Receive Your Refund

After our warehouse team inspects the returned furniture, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
